A 3 day festival ticket gets you access to all core programme artists from Thursday 13th May – Saturday 15th May 2021, subject to each venue’s capacity. Access to our Spotlight Show is via a separate ticket only.
Q. What does a delegate pass get you?
A delegate pass gets you access to the Conference Events from Wednesday 12th May – 15th May 2021 which include panels, debates, keynote interviews, networking sessions and parties. You will also get priority access to gigs in our core venues subject to each venue’s capacity.
Q. How do I get a refund for my TGE20 ticket?
If you purchased tickets for TGE20 you can request a refund via the ticket agent that you purchased with up until 31st December 2020. All non refunded TGE20 tickets will automatically be valid for TGE 2021. You do not need to do anything, just bring your tickets to wristband exchange upon arrival to get your 2021 wristband.

Q. I still have my TGE20 ticket. Can I use this next year?
Tickets for TGE20 have automatically been rolled over for TGE21 if you did not request a refund from your ticket agent. You do not need to do anything, simply just turn up to TGE21 with your current ticket and you will be issued with your wristband.
Q. Can I buy a single day ticket for TGE?
Single day and 2 day tickets (Friday & Saturday) will go on sale February 2021. Please sign up to our mailing list to be notified on when these go on sale
Q. When will my ticket be sent to me?
Tickets will typically be dispatched 2-3 weeks prior to the festival. If you haven’t received your ticket by this time please contact the ticket agent that you booked through. If you purchased your TGE ticket via our website the ticket agent is Ticketweb.
Q. Do I need to print my electronic ticket?
No this is no essential, you can show electronic tickets on your phone at wristband exchange
Q. I booked my festival ticket on somebody else’s credit card / I booked tickets for somebody else who won't have my credit card to collect the tickets. How can tickets be collected on site?
If you have arranged for your tickets to be posted to you or booked e-tickets just bring your ticket to wristband exchange during opening hours and we will exchange your ticket for a wristband. If you have arranged to collect your tickets on site please bring with you a letter from the card owner giving permission for you to collect the tickets. The letter needs to state the name of the person collecting the tickets and the last 4 digits of the credit or debit card used to make the ticket booking.
Q. I think I gave the wrong email address / delivery address when I booked my ticket. What should I do?
Please contact the ticket agent that you booked your tickets with. They will be able to assist you with updating your info on their records.
Q. Do I have to be 18 or over to attend TGE?
No, if you are aged between 16-17 you can purchase a Young adults ticket which allows access to a good percentage of our venues. Young Adults tickets will go on sale soon.
