The Great Escape Welcome Party presented by The Independent
The Independent returns to Brighton Beach to help kick off The Great Escape 2026 at the official Welcome Beach Party. Join us from 17:00pm to 19:00pm at The Great Escape’s Beach Bar ‘On The Rocks’ on Wednesday 13th May. The evening’s playlist will be curated by The Independent’s Music Editor, Roisin O’Connor. Guests will also be treated to a live performance from Marlee – an independent, self-producing artist, whose consistently individual work blends catchy pop melodies with rock-leaning intensity.
