Martial Arts are a Manchester-based band on the up, carving out a reputation as the UK’s most exciting new acts. Drawing comparisons to Shame and The Murder Capital, their often melodic, often ferocious brand of art-punk has caught the attention of many, resulting in a slew of high-profile gigs, including shows for Speedy Wunderground, So Young Magazine, and a opening slot on Bloc Party’s 20 year ‘Silent Alarm’ anniversary show in Brighton this summer. The band have also taken their talents abroad, bringing their electrifying live shows to France and Portugal at the back end of 2024.
