Jessie Mac is a trailblazing trans DJ, producer, and label owner from SE London, whose
musical soul thrives on bass-heavy sounds spanning UKG, Bassline, and Breaks. Recently
gaining recognition with her track “Trans is Beautiful” being played on BBC Radio 1’s BBC
Introducing show by Jaguar, Jessie has established herself as an exciting fresh voice in
London’s underground music scene. She runs Orbital Chaos Records, a label dedicated to
emerging and queer artists with a bass-forward sound, and has been instrumental in creating safer spaces for under-represented communities through her events.
As a collaborator and community builder, Jessie co-runs innovative club nights including the
trans-led space-themed Mothership with Bella Barton, Kaity Wood & Maïs, and the profit-sharing talent-focused CounterCxlture with Benebe and Kafn.
