benchwarmer, a new alternative rock band from London, introduce their music. Since launching in January 2025, the four-piece have appeared at venues across the UK and Ireland, including two sold-out London headline shows at The Troubadour and The George Tavern. Inspired by guitar music and the soundscapes of early shoegaze, benchwarmer craft emotionally driven songs that translate into an intimate and immersive live set. With their debut body of music on the horizon, the band are only just getting started.
