Collect your Great Escape Delegate Pass at the Leonardo Royal Brighton Waterfront Hotel, the home of the TGE Conference.

Before You Arrive

To collect your pass, you must complete your online registration via the delegate database.
A registration email will be sent to the email used to purchase your pass
You must be registered to collect your pass on-site
You will not receive a ticket in advance
You do not need the card used to purchase
If you haven’t received your registration email, contact: delegate@greatescapefestival.com (include your booking reference)

Collecting Your Pass

Bring valid photo ID – this is required to collect your pass.
Delegate passes are non-transferable
You must collect your own pass in person
If you purchased multiple passes, your group does not need to arrive together

Friday-only Conference Pass holders:

No advance registration required – simply bring your booking confirmation email to collect your pass.

Opening Times

Wednesday 13 May – 12:00–20:00
Thursday 14 May – 09:00–21:00
Friday 15 May – 09:00–21:00
Saturday 16 May – 09:00–17:00
Thursday is the busiest day for collection. We recommend arriving on Wednesday to avoid queues.
