The countdown to The Great Escape 2025 is officially on, and we’re kicking off the excitement with the first wave of highlight artists performing on Wednesday, 14th May. For the first time, we’re expanding the festival’s live showcases to Wednesday night, offering even more unmissable performances across Brighton’s best venues.
Among the standout names set to take the stage are Westside Cowboy (pictured), Mount Palomar, Mitch Sanders, Holiday Ghosts, Fuzz Lightyear and many more each bringing their own unique sound to our legendary festival of new music. Also taking place on Wednesday 14th May at the unique setting of the TGE Beach Site is our Spotlight Show presented by Strap Originals featuring Peter Doherty, Warmduscher and Trampolene. Whether you’re into electrifying indie, boundary-pushing hip-hop, or the freshest alt-pop, our Wednesday night lineup is a perfect taste of what’s to come across the full festival.
Each day this week, we’ll be revealing more highlight artists for the rest of the festival, so stay tuned as the excitement builds. The full festival schedule will be released on 15th April.
