Gag Reflex

GAG REFLEX is an Irish-German Grunge band that builds their lustral soundscape one gut punch at a time. Drawing from gory literature such as Diane Seuss and Sarah Kane, their poetry soars sickeningly sweet only to be gutted by coarse and striking outbursts. Since forming in late 2022, they have played the many stages of Ireland and the UK, inviting their audience into a grimy world of chaos and pure catharsis; GAG REFLEX are sure to leave something crawling in the skin of their listeners, desperate to be haunted again.
