Appiah earned widespread acclaim for his 2025 debut album That’s the Thing About Time, bolstered by a European/UK spring tour with Michael Kiwanuka and standout performances at The Great Escape and SXSW London. His singles “Look Back,” “LSA,” and “How Many” have sparked viral momentum, with the Yasmin Godo directed “Look Back” video selected for the 2025 Wolverhampton Film Festival. A seasoned live performer, Appiah has and continues to tour extensively with band Gorillaz including Coachella and has a credit on their current album, The Mountain. His new single, “Wake Up Call,” arrives in May 2026.
