PRE-BOOKED SPEED MEETINGS AND DROP-IN SESSIONS
Presented by the Department for Business and Trade, these sessions offer UK delegates the opportunity to schedule focussed meetings with bookers, agents, music supervisors, labels who have travelled from around the world to speak to British artists and companies.
There will be two speed meeting sessions this year, taking place on the Mezzanine at the Leonardo Royal Brighton Waterfront hotel at the following times and open to TGE UK Delegates only.

Drop-in and see us at the Leonardo Royal on Thursday 15 and Friday 16 May from 11.00 to 17.00. We’ll have a team of relationship managers on hand to provide you with advice on the range of programmes and opportunities available to artists and organisations, and guidance on how to make an application to the Arts Council. To maximise the benefit of these one-to-one advice sessions, we recommend you come along with a fully formed idea of what your music activity will be. In the past year alone, it has seen a 71% increase in demand for its services – highlighting the growing need for accessible, specialist support within the industry. Drop by to meet the Music Support team at The Great Escape to learn more about the work they do and how they can support you and your teams. Our 15-minute, one-to-one Career Support Sessions are designed for careers in the music industry beyond performance – think marketing, PR, A&R, events, operations and more. Delivered by experienced consultants, expect clear, considered guidance on your CV, positioning, and next steps. Alongside this, Adam Wade and David Johnston will also be hosting Industry Conversations with established professionals, exploring the themes shaping the music industry, from skills and access to progression and change.
