Mishaal Tamer

Born and raised in Saudi Arabia to a Saudi father and Ecuadorian mother, Mishaal Tamer blends his diverse background to create incredible and unique pop music in English, Arabic, and Spanish. A multi-talented and multi-lingual artist, Mishaal also plays numerous instruments including the guitar, bass, and drums. After breaking his arm when he was 9 years old in a freak accident leaving him with nerve damage on his left arm. The doctor fortunately was a guitar player and encouraged mishaal to pick up the instrument too. Through playing guitar he regained control over his left arm, hands and fingers.

This is also where Mishaal found a means to express himself artistically, as he quickly began writing his own original songs only a year later at age 10.
