Meddling in melancholia, dabbling in dream, goodbye dance between the sounds of
playful nostalgia and tender farewells. Having spent nine months behind closed doors
honing their sound; the band announced their debut show for September 2024 which
rapidly sold out. Since then, word of mouth buzz has already landed them a
performance at Mutations Festival as well as slots supporting some of the country’s
finest emerging acts including Man/Woman/Chainsaw and Welly. Their
harmony-laden, bittersweet sound has been met with cross-demographic resonance:
audiences are seemingly ready for this enigmatic approach to the worlds of shoegaze
and jangle-pop that goodbye bring.
