Having only launched in early 2022, the past year has been a whirlwind for BLACKGOLD. Gaining popularity on TikTok saw Fred Durst reach out to them personally to open up the Limp Bizkit UK/EU arena tour in Spring ’23. They were then nominated for ‘Best UK Breakthrough Artist’ at the Heavy Music Award’s before embarking on a run of Summer festivals including Download + Boomtown followed by a full UK run with Skindred.
Despite all of this activity the band still remain completely anonymous and rumours continue to circulate as to who BLACKGOLD actually are behind the masks.
