Brighton-based artist REA draws inspiration from quiet outdoor spaces, blending sounds of flowing rivers, rainfall, and birdsong with stories written in her Dad’s garden shed. Her distinctive alt-folk style has earned recognition from BBC Introducing, Amazing Radio, and Karma! Magazine, and she was selected for a PRS-funded artist development programme with AudioActive. Currently REA is collaborating with the London Philharmonic Orchestra on new music. Her debut EP, Garden Shed, produced by Josh Harrison (The Cure, Royal Blood), is an experimental venture rooted in nature, recorded in a secluded South Downs woodland. The 4-track project releases on April 17th, 2025.
