Clara La San’s debut record “Made Mistakes”  —over a decade in the making—is an intimate portrait of a singular rising R&B star. After releasing mixtape Good Mourning in 2017, La San slipped back into the internet ether. Her mystique, though, hasn’t paled as artists from Bryson Tiller to Bicep have recruited her for a vocal spot.

Made Mistakes is an immersive and intricate take on bedroom R&B, with little nods to the softer sides of the UK hardcore continuum. La San captures the fusion of R&B and bass in music culture in both the underground and the mainstream.
