Originally formed by lead vocalist Huang Shaofeng and guitarist Zeng Yu, Radio Mars is one of the most influential music producers of contemporary times. In 2019, the band expanded to a four-member lineup with bassist Han Yang and jazz drummer Wu Yongheng. In 2021, the addition of keyboardist Sun Yuchen brought the group to its current five-member lineup, opening a new chapter for the band. The band balances avant-garde and roots, the popular and the interesting, continuously exploring the boundaries of its own style.
