‘Fear of standing still has brought us a long way. It wouldn’t be worth all the energy we put in if we don’t try to push each other; we try to write songs that bring out our individual strengths, in a way that the listener will immediately understand.’
Cutting their teeth at venues such as The Louisiana and The Thunderbolt, they quickly rose through the ranks, supporting Lady Bird and headlining Rough Trade a month before lockdown.
Whilst students, ‘Take It In Your Stride’ landed on Spotify editorial playlists ‘New Punk Tracks’ and ‘Fresh Finds’, as well as claiming ‘Track Of The Week’ on BBC Radio Bristol, Glos and Wilts with latest release ‘351’.
